Beflex approached Longhorn Consulting with a vision to revolutionize how businesses find and secure flexible office spaces. In a post-pandemic world with changing work patterns, Beflex identified a gap in the market for a platform that would streamline the flexible workspace search process and provide transparent information about availability.

Beflex's first website (originally called 'Workable Offices') didn't work very well, and they were losing business as a result.

Back to the drawing board

Working closely with Beflex, Longhorn returned to first principles, re-designing the platform from the ground up. On the front-end, performance, scalability and reliability were top priorities, while on the back-end Beflex wanted to streamline and simplify many time-consuming data management processes.

To ensure the smooth migration from Beflex’s previous WordPress-based office search website, Longhorn worked tirelessly and planned in meticulous detail the transfer of hundreds of office listings, and tens of thousands of images.
